About me and my practice
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience of working with clients on a wide range of issues including relationships, loss & bereavement, eating disorders, sexuality, addiction, anxiety, family issues, work related stress, and long-term illness.
I work with a person centred method which means I work at your pace and with what you want to bring to sessions.
I work with Clients on-line, providing Video, Instant Messaging, and email sessions
I really love my work and I have seen the benefit of counselling in my own personal life.

Experience
Online therapy allows you the flexibility of having sessions at a time and place to suit your needs.
The types of Online Therapy available are:
Video - A 50 min video session using Skype or Zoom suitable for couples of Individuals
Instant Message - We talk using Instant messaging using Skype messaging service, typing messages back and forth throughout the 50 min session. You will have my full undivided attention as with a face to face session. Suitable for individuals only
Email - The client sends an email sharing whatever they need to and I will then send a comprehensive reply within 48 hours, normally much sooner. Emails can be daily, weekly or sent as required. Suitable for individuals only but can be used to work on relationships
All appointments can be made on a regular weekly basis or as required.

Payment for all sessions is in advance by Bank Transfer, Scopay invoice, Paypal or Pingit.
